Returns & Exchanges

The item can be returned within 10 days of receiving for refund or exchange in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging. The buyer is responsible to ship the item back to us. 

100 Days Quality Warranty: You can ship the item(s) back to us within 100 days if there is factory defective issue. We will repair or replace it for you. Please email to esales@mistyusa.com with your order number and photo of the problem portion for approval and RA#. The buyer must ship the item back to us.
